Make sure you read our policies in place before seeking approval on entering the campground and to be aware of our Selling in the Campground Policy. You are purchasing the trailer not the spot, which is conditional upon acceptance into the campground.
When purchasing in the campground there is a flat fee of $350 to do so. All campers require a $200 site deposit to be paid as well as a $20 per gate card (max.2) as well. These get refunded upon leaving the campground as long as your site is clean and in order when leaving and no outstanding balances.
All sites have power and water. Sewer sites vary. Hydro is separately metered and paid separately.
*All buyers must be approved by management before any purchase
**Trailers between 15-20 years needs a certified inspection and Park Models older than 20 years cannot be sold in the campground. You do not need to change it at that age but just can't be sold in campground when you leave.

The camper sleeps up to ten comfortably.
The Entertainment Center TV has a stereo, CD, and DVD player, and you can rotate the TV 180 degrees to watch it in either the living room or bedroom.
*Comes with adult and child DVD collection.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
*Dishes, pots and pans included.
The sofa converts to a bed, creating another sleeping area.
The U-shaped dinette quickly converts into a fourth sleeping area if needed with storage beneath.
The back room has three beds and an entertainment area.
Outside, a large 16-foot power awning opens and closes at the touch of a button on the main control panel (just inside the door). There is also LED lighting and exterior speakers.
*All outdoor furniture and shed is included.
There is a sizeable full-width storage space at the front of the camper, accessible from under the bed in primary bedroom and from the exterior. The tongue has the power tongue jack and two twenty-pound propane tanks.
